The trip to Washington was June 22 through July 5th. I not only got to go to the graduation, I also got to stay at Lewis Brown's house (where I have been staying since I started babysitting there in 1964). It was nice weather as I was there. We got together for a couple of picnics at his house and at Lake Sylvia Park in Montesano. Chicken, salad, beans, corn , tater chips, and lots of other munchies to go along with the swimming, sunbathing, sketching by Tessa and some studying being snuck in there by my college gal Lori. Good food and great time together.
