October brings time to grind the burger

Here we are, over half way through October and in the midst of many projects. None finished, just in the midst. One of the critical ones is to bring out the bags of black bear chunks and get busy making burger. W"e started Sunday morning with Brad and his son Jacob coming by and Everett joined them to go to the Snowshoe gun club to sight in his rifle. then they returned and started on the grinding and packaging. He is a sample:

Brad and Jacob are wrapping while Everett is retrieving the pans and grinder pieces and parts for washing.
And after dividing it we have fresh burger in the freezer. Next moth the beef from Montesano, WA will be joining the freezer club'.
